IScreenVideos.com Terms and Conditions
A single submission requires a $35.00 fee unless otherwise specified for particular contest. Holiday Videos Contest fee is $20.00 with 25% going to support Second Harvest Food Bank.
Additional submissions are $20.00 each. (Holiday Videos additional submission fee is $15.00)
Payment may be made by: Paypal (preferably), check or money order. If you use a personal check, this could delay your submission to our clients as we wait until the check clears. Note: If a check bounces, a $25.00 service fee will be charged and your submission will be held until full payment is made.
International submissions are accepted via Paypal or International Money Order.
If you are making payment by mail, be sure to enclose a copy of your work, applicable submission form(s), completed copy of price list with your signature and method of payment. Payments sent through the mail* must be made payable to: IScreenVideos.com (Please click here for hard copy submission form)

One check or money order payment for multiple submissions/categories is permitted. All fees are non-refundable from the point/date of purchase. Neither IScreenVideos.com nor any of its clients or consultants are responsible for lost or damaged submissions. If a damaged product arrives by mail you will be notified and will have the opportunity to resend the material. The resent material must be received within 5 business days after you are contacted.
Do not send the original copy of your material.
It is the artist’s responsibility to select the appropriate pricing package when submitting their work. It is the artist’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information on the submission form. The artist is responsible for providing IScreenVideos.com their material according to the clients’ stated rules.
Neither IScreenVideos.com nor any of its clients or consultants will own any part of your work or copyright. The artist will continue to be the sole owner of any material submitted.
IScreenVideos.com nor any of its clients or consultants that are involved with processing applicable monies will not issue refunds. Payments made online will appear from "IScreenVideos.com LLC". IScreenVideos.com reserves the right to not accept submissions and payment for individuals and companies at it's own discretion. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted if you are paying with a credit card.
All entrants must submit the online submission applicaton with the required entry fee of $35.00 unless otherwise specified for particular contest.
All entries for the Filmmakers Film Clip Contest, Creative Arts Contest and Holiday Videos Contest must be received no later than December 15, 2007. Contest winners will be notified by email by February 1, 2008.
Use of Film and Intellectual Property Rights
Participants are solely responsible for protecting any intellectual property rights the participants may ave in their contest entry, and are further solely responsible for obtaining permission, or otherwise complying with intellectual property laws pertaining to the film's content (such as use of music, literary and other artistic expression of others.) Participants, on behalf of themselves and their cast and crew, agree that IScreenVideos.com is given non-exclusive express permission to make and maintain copies of films and to use the films, along with names of participants and winners, as part of advertising of future contests and film festivals, and for other instructional, educational and historical purposes without any compensation to Participants or their cast and crew.
Legal Issues
Contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All participants, including cast and crew, assume liability for all costs, damages and injuries related in any way to participation in this contest, and agree to indemnify IScreenVideos.com from any and all such costs, damages and injuries, including any claims of violation of copyright law. Participants agree that they will not use any cast and crew member unless the cast and crew members have reviewed these Contest rules and agreed to the stated terms.
Submissions must not include: nudity, any vulgar or unsuitable content, depict or incorporate unsafe behavior or situations, obscenity, disparagement of any product or person, or other offensive conduct or material, or otherwise include any inappropriate content.
I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1 . I have read, understand and fully comply with all submission eligibility information, Submission Guidelines, Terms and Conditions of Entry and Entry Eligibility requirements.
2 . To the best of my knowledge, all of the statements in this document are true.
3 . This video is not subject to any litigation nor is threatened by any litigation.
4 . If I submit a VHS tape and or/DVD for any contest, I hold IScreenVideos and their assigned agents harmless from any damage to and tape(s) or DVD (s) en route or otherwise during the course of any IScreenVideos contest.
5. I certify that I have full rights to the use of any music contained in the entered work.
6. I give permission to IScreenVideos or it’s agents to use stills, titles, copy, and/or information from the submitted film for promotional purposes.
7. I certify that the submitted video is not subject to any copyright infringements and that I have signed model and location releases for all on camera performers and locations where required.
8. I understand that there are no guarantees of broadcast promised to me by IScreenVideos or it’s agents.
If I am under the age of 18, my parent or guardian must print out this terms and conditions sheet, sign it and mail it to IScreenVideos.com - P.O. Box 2939 – Saratoga, CA 95070-0939 or fax it to 1-888-854-2381.
